These terms apply to your use of novusitmsp.com and to text messages from Novus IT LLC, doing business as Novus IT MSP Solutions ("Novus IT," "we," "us"). Managed IT services are governed by the separate service agreement signed with each client.
SMS messaging terms
- Program: Novus IT Support Notifications. We send text messages about your support requests, ticket updates, appointment scheduling and reminders, and service notifications. We may also reply to texts you send us.
- How to opt in: You can opt in by checking the SMS consent box on our website contact form, by giving us verbal or written consent when you become a client or request support, or by texting us first at (714) 489-5648.
- Frequency: Message frequency varies based on your support activity.
- Cost: Message and data rates may apply. Check with your mobile carrier for details.
- Opt out: Reply STOP to any message to stop receiving texts. We will send one message confirming that you've unsubscribed. To start again, reply START.
- Help: Reply HELP for help, or contact us at (714) 489-5648 or support@novusitmsp.com.
- Carriers: Mobile carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
- Consent: Consent to receive text messages is not a condition of purchase.
- Privacy: See our Privacy Policy. No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes.
